Have you ever gotten a slimy, skinny lemon slice upon request to accompany your water while out to dine? Not only is the slice incapable of of being effectively squeezed but its old and at times dry and you wonder where that slice has actually come from? The other day I was so pleasantly surprised. I was offered a cellophane wrapped, beautifully presented bowl of plump and juicy lemon wedges, with tongs. I was so impressed. My point? Dance lessons are like giving your students that beautiful bowl of plump, healthy, juicy lemons each time they come in to learn. Quality over quantity; all the time, every time.
